Be assessed remotely or face-to-face at our Warrington or Alderley Edge clinics. Our virtual service means anyone can access specialist care from the comfort of their own home, with the same expert clinical team either way.

Veyra Healthcare was founded by people who have been diagnosed with ADHD themselves. We know the service we wished we'd received — so we built it. It's not just about the diagnosis; it's about giving you a clear path forward.

An assessment process second to none.
We found most assessment processes weren't comprehensive or robust enough. That's why we offer tools and tests that other ADHD clinics don't — including QbCheck computerised testing — throughout our entire process.

Full support following your diagnosis.
Our psychiatrists advise on adjustments for school, work, or university. A specialist mental health nursing team stays in regular contact, and we manage your prescription — delivering medication to your door before you run out.
Why do we care so much?
Veyra Healthcare was founded by a team of people who have been diagnosed with ADHD, in response to the challenge of achieving a robust ADHD diagnosis, via both the NHS and through direct experience within the private sector.
Essentially we have walked in your shoes, and we know exactly the kind of service and support we wish we had received. So now, it’s our turn to provide the service that we believe everyone deserves.
How we're different
Firstly, we’re not solely an online company. Whilst we offer you the option to be assessed remotely, we also have a physical clinic at our premises in Warrington. That means you can contact our team, or come and see us in person, whenever you need to.
However, we understand that not everyone may want to visit a clinic in person, or it may not be geographically possible. That’s why we offer our premium online assessment service. Our virtual service means that anyone can access convenient and reliable care at a time that suits them, from the comfort of their own homes. There's no need to travel or disrupt daily routines. Plus, you will receive the same exceptional standard of care as you would if you visited us at one of our clinics, including access to the same expert clinical team.
Secondly, through our own individual experiences, we found that the assessment process offered by the majority was lacking: it wasn't in depth enough, we didn't feel enough time was spent on each person, and we discovered collectively that it was not (in some cases) robust. A key goal for us was to change all this and ensure that not only our assessment process and journey were second to none, but that also the care after diagnosis was inline with how it should be.

Our assessments are the most comprehensive
We believe we offer the most comprehensive ADHD assessment process available today. We employ the most up to date and fundamental testing tools required to give the most accurate diagnosis: We provide the QbCheck, DIVA 5 assessment and are constantly trialing new tools to enhance our diagnosis pathway
We found that other providers may charge additional costs for such tests: in some cases QbCheck and Executive Function tools were charged on top of assessments rather than being included as part of the assessment.
Our unique assessment process ensures that our assessments are highly robust, and we provide a full suite of information for you, coupled with a final report. We also provide adjustment letters from our psychiatrist to school, university or your place of work if required (this is all included in the cost).

We give you the time you deserve
Our overall assessment time is between 3.5 - 4 hours. This is the amount of time we believe is required to undertake the most comprehensive assessment possible.

In our experience we found in other clinics their nurses or psychiatrists conduct the DIVA 5 as part of your 60–90 minute assessment on the same day. But we believe that doing the DIVA5 prior to meeting our psychiatrist allows us to clinically evaluate ADHD and other potential co-morbidities in more detail, and look into how these impact your life – this provides you with a greater depth of understanding of what you experience and why.
A 90 minute (approx) DIVA 5 consultation with a specialist ADHD nurse
A 90 minute (approx) assessment with a dedicated psychiatrist or CAMHS Consultant Psychiatrist, plus a pre/post interview analysis to compile your personalised report.
A post diagnosis support appointment is also available to book should you need it. The mental health nurse practitioner can follow up as an opportunity to discuss your assessment and ask any questions you may have about your next steps – we are here for you.

We care about transfer of care
If you choose to sign up to our medication care pathway, you will be under the care of Veyra Healthcare for 4-6 months. At the end of this period, you may wish to transfer your care to your GP.
Unfortunately, some GPs are still not accepting shared care plans when it comes to ADHD. At Veyra Healthcare, we strive to understand what your doctor will need in order to support a transition to a shared care plan. This is why we offer the most thorough assessment available today.
We also recommend that you check with your GP whether they accept shared care plans. If not, another GP may be able to help, or of course, you are welcome to continue under the care of Veyra Healthcare for as long as you wish.
